Holy Heck, Meal Prep!

Good Morning my Sweet Friends! Holy Heck Meal Prep before and after pictures. This week I didn't really have a plan I just picked things I was craving. Yes, some of the foods are the same as last week but they are my staples smile emoticon steel cut oats with hard boiled eggs, blackberries and strawberries with low-sodium almonds, ground chicken with chickpeas a little bit of spaghetti sauce that I wanted to use up (which contains only 1 gram sugar) with brown jasmine rice and green beans, then ground turkey and mashed sweet potatoes (no butter or cream- just cinnamon). Now we are ready to conquer finals week... hopefully ;)
