Fall is Coming! Homemade Guilt-Free Pumpkin Bars

Good Morning My Sweet Friends!
Oh my word... its September which means FALL IS COMING!
Judge me all you want, yes, I am a girl and I love fall.
I love FOOTBALL. I love chili and warm soups. I love sipping chai tea lattes and burning spiced candles. I love the warm leaves and crisp air. I love riding boots and scarves. I love the coziness of it all. And yes, I love pumpkin anything. #whitegirlstatus me right now, I do not care. LOL!
In honor of fall soon approaching, I wanted to share with you a recipe I make all the time! I actually got this from a Youtuber Cambria Joy. Click on her name to see her channel. She is amazing! I love her spirit.
These Pumpkin Bars are super moist, and chewy and flour-free. Super fast and only one bowl!
You Will Need:
1 cup of PB
1/3 cup of honey
1 egg
1 cup of canned pure pumpkin
1 tsp of baking soda
Handful of chocolate chips (optional)
1 tsp cinnamon
Mix all of the ingredients together and bake in a small pan at 350 for 20-30 minutes. Makes about 9 servings.

15g fat, 19g carbs, 7g protein
