Another Meal Prep

Good Morning my Sweet Friends! Happy Sunday means Happy Meal Prep and more ideas for you all.

Breakfast: Steel cut oats and egg whites with one whole egg (shocker I know haha)

Snack: Blackberries and strawberries (Will have this with a rice cake and peanut butter)

Lunch: Lemon pepper chicken breast, black beans and green beans

Snack: Will choose

Dinner: Turkey Burgers with a salad. Salad will include one whole egg and roasted bell peppers which are kept separate in baggies to keep the salad from going yucky.

1. Throw chicken breasts in crockpot with garlic and Mrs. Dash Lemon Pepper Seasoning and cook through

2. Create 4 ounce turkey patties and cook with whatever seasoning you want I used some different salt-free garlic seasonings

3. Boil hard eggs then remove the shells

4. Make steel cut oats. When they are finished cooking add a teaspoon of cinnamon and vanilla.

5. Wash and cut all veggies and fruit.

6. Wash a drain black beans

7. Roast bell peppers in a skillet

8. Portion out everything using a food scale to fit your macros

9. Clean up

10. Smile because you have all your food prepped for four days :)
