My Favorite Smoothie and Shake

Smoothies and shakes, creamy, refreshing goodness! Today I am going to share with you my go to smoothie and go to shake!

Chocolate Peanut butter Banana Protein Shake.

1 banana

1 serving of unsweetened vanilla almond milk

1 tbsp. of Peanut butter

1 tbsp. of PB2

1 scoop of Vega Chocolate Protein and Greens (my favorite vegan protein powder)

A couple ice cubes

Make sure you always add your protein powder last. Otherwise, it tends to gets stuck in the bottom of your cup and doesn't blend well throughout.

If you wanted to you could make it more chocolatey with some Hershey's Special Dark 100% Cocoa Powder this also adds more fiber to your shake.

Chocolate Berry Smoothie

1/2 a banana

1/2 cup frozen mixed berries

Handful of spinach

Splash of orange juice

1 serving of unsweetened vanilla almond milk

1 scoop Of Vega Chocolate Protein and Greens

If you wanted to you could add in some Greek Yogurt for extra protein and creaminess.
