Good Morning My Sweet Friends!
So it is Sunday and we all know what that means... meal prep!
Yesterday, I went to the store. Here is what I picked up:

2 pounds of ground turkey
strawberries
blueberries
a white onion
organic baby carrots
bananas
frozen asparagus
broccoli
power crunch bars
unsweetened vanilla almond milk
water
green tea bags
relish
miracle whip
BBQ sauce
Greek yogurt
Panko bread crumbs
rice cakes
paper towels
no-sodium pinto beans
100% juice canned pineapple slices
So, let's get to it!
First, I laid chicken breasts on a baking sheet and seasoned them with garlic and salt-free seasonings. Then I lightly brushed each breast with BBQ sauce and laid a piece of pineapple on top. I placed the chicken in the oven to bake. (You could use cheese like the traditional Hawaiian chicken if you like)
Then, I placed a pound of ground turkey in a mixing bowl with one whole egg, some garlic and diced onion, Panko bread crumbs and various seasonings and mixed it just until it was all coming together. I portioned and rolled small amounts of the mixture into balls and placed them on a baking sheet to also bake.
Third, I made my steel cut oats like always and some brown rice.
Fourth, I washed and prepped all my fruits and veggies. And rinsed and drained my beans.
Finally, I let everything cool and portioned it all into containers for grab and go! Ta-da!
Who said healthy had to be boring?? It was delicious!
