Good Morning My Sweet, Sweet Friends! It is a fabulous morning and today... you guessed it, we are going to meal prep! Yay!
Here is what I picked up from the grocery store:

Ground turkey
Powercruch bars
Gum
Frozen broccoli
Cucumbers
Carrots
Orange bellpepper
Raspberries
Strawberries
Bananas
Water
Coconut milk
Dole frozen chocolate banana pieces
Spaghetti Sauce
Mango Peach Salsa
Lipton Tea Bags
Greek Yogurt
Basmati Brown Rice
Now lets get to it!
Our Menu for this week will be:
Breakfast: Steel cut oats and egg whites
Snack: Strawberries and Raspberries with Rice Cakes and Peanut Butter
Lunch: Spaghetti Turkey and Broccoli
Dinner: Salsa Chicken, Basmati Brown Rice with carrots and cucumbers
Snack: Protein bar or shake
What to Do:
1. Wash, cut and prep veggies and fruits.
2.In a crock pot, throw in your chicken, some garlic, chopped onion and seasonings and cook on high. (One the chicken has cooked for a couple hours add in your favorite salsa). Keep cooking until the chicken begins to fall apart.
3. In a large pan add some extra virgin olive oil and garlic, cook for thirty seconds to a minute. Then add your chopped onion and cook until translucent. Add your ground turkey and brown. Then drain the extra grease and add your favorite seasonings. Then add your favorite spaghetti sauce and simmer on low heat until mixture thickens.
4. In a pot begin cooking your steel cut oats according to the directions on the package.
5. Cook your brown rice.
6. Steam your broccoli.
7. After everything cools portion everything into your containers and BOOM, done :)

As always, let me know if you guys have any questions! Have a fabulous week! :)
