Good Morning and Happy Saturday my Sweet, Friends!

I love Sundays! Some Sundays I work but when I get the whole day off it feels like its own holiday. It is my day to catch up on things that I need to do and things that I want to do. I take this time to prepare for my upcoming week and to take care of myself. I make sure to do things I love.
I love watching day in the life videos on YouTube, so I figured I would take you through my Sunday with SnapChat.
Morning Coffee- the absolute best part of waking up! My favorite is Cafe Verona from Starbucks with some Coconut Almond Milk. I like to watch Fitness YouTubers while I drink my coffee. It gets my brain thinking and helps me gain motivation.

Gratitude- I like to write the things that I am grateful for. It starts the day off in a positive note and only takes a minute or two.

Make my bed. I always make my bed. A clean space is a clear mind :)

Shower. Just a quick rinse and to help wake me up.
Breakfast. This morning I had a meal replacement bar which was also my pre-workout meal.

Cardio. I like to call my cardio on Sundays "Operation Mermaid". I hate cardio but I truly love being in water. I look forward to my weekly swim sessions. Afterwards, I will sit in the sauna and reflect.

Eat! After a swim I am starving! Today I had one of my prepped meals, ground turkey with spaghetti sauce and broccoli.

Shower. Again? Yes, again. Time to get all the chlorine off my body and out of my hair! This is also when I get ready for the day.
Study. Right now I am taking a summer class and my tests are on Mondays. I study best during the day. I clear a space and light a candle. Time to focus.

SUN-day. Today, the sun was shinning so I made my way to the pool, one of my happy places. I brought some watermelon and an Oh Yeah! Bar to snack on and LOTS of water.

Sewell Park. As the sun began to descend, I made my way to Sewell Park. I brought a blanket and a magazine, picked a spot near the river and called my grandmother to check up on her. (I had my own picture but I forgot to save it on SnapChat :( )

Balcony and Wine. Summer Nights are one of my favorite things in Texas and my balcony has a beautiful view. What better way to enjoy it than with a glass of wine?

Meal Prep! One of the main goals to be accomplished. This weeks was fairly easy as I am beginning my summer shredding.

Laundry... what can I say it's got to be done:)
Unwind. Right before bed I will catch up on one of my shows. I don't watch TV very often but when I do, I also use this time to paint my nails. This week I used Hot Tamale by Sally Hansen :) bright and cheery.
That about wraps up my Sunday! I hope you all have a wonderful Sunday tomorrow. If you would like more "Day in the Life" posts let me know in the comments!
