Hi Sweet Friends!

Today I have a really great macro-friendly recipe for you: Jello!

You probably know by now that I am not a fan of artificial sweeteners. One day I was craving jello during my low carb prep and I knew they made macro-friendly sugar-free jello but these have sucralose in them. I got to thinking, well it is 2016 maybe they have Stevia sweetened Jello. Nope! It doesn't exist. However, I found a recipe online that is super easy to make, super cheap, and super yummy!

Let's get to it!

You will need:

2 packets of gelatin

1 packet of kool-aid (I will be using black cherry :) )

6 Stevia single serve packets ( You can adjust this to taste)

4 cups of Water (split in two parts)

  1. Pour 2 cups of COLD water into a bowl and add two packets of gelatin. Whisk to mix.

  2. Add the kool-aid packet and stevia. Whisk again.

  3. Pour mixture into a non-stick pan and bring to a rolling boil, whisking until so. (The mixture will become foamy and then go clear when it reaches a boil).

  4. Remove mixture from heat and pour into a bowl. Then add 2 cups of COLD water and whisk to mix.

  5. Let it set up in the fridge for 4-6 hours.

  6. Enjoy!

So easy! And so yummy! I hope you guys love this as much as I do! :) Keep strong!
