For me, this was back to school week. Let's get to it!

First, I chopped up all my veggies.
In a crock pot, I placed my chicken breasts with garlic and allowed them to cook for two hours. Then, I added my bell peppers and broccoli, as well as some orange chicken sauce and let it cook on high for another two hours.
In a large pan, I poured in some olive oil and added my garlic and chopped onion. I let this cook until almost translucent. I then added my ground turkey to the pan and allowed it to cook. I used a paper towel to blot out the grease. Next, I added my zucchini and mushrooms and let this cook until tender. I finally poured in my spaghetti sauce with a tad bit of water and reduced my heat to a low simmer, topping my mixture with some red pepper flakes for a little kick.
While this was all cooking, I cooked some brown rice pasta. I then rinsed it with cold water and drained my noodles. For a side note, I did not add my pasta to the sauce to allow better portion control. Each time I had this meal, I portioned out my pasta first to fit my carb needs and then topped my pasta with sauce.

That my friends is it! I simply put everything away and cleaned up to finish up.
Super quick and easy! Packed with flavor.
As always let me know if you have any questions. Making spaghetti is a great way to get tons of veggies in!
