A Week of Clean!

Happy Sunday My Sweet Friends!
It is time to really clean up our meals this week because someone is feeling a little fluffy... so, yes this week will be nutrient dense, "bro" meals.
So, here is what I picked up yesterday:

Lean ground turkey
Greek Yogurt
Complete Cookies
Eggs!
HEB Blendables (for smoothies)
Green Beans
Carrots
Sweet Potatoes
Bananas
Strawberries
Cucumbers
Almond Milk
Olive Oil PAM
A1 Sauce
Breakfast: eggs and oats
Lunch: Turkey patties and steamed green beans and carrots
Dinner: A1 Marinated Chicken and sweet potato
Snacks: rice cakes, green smoothies, cucumbers, strawberries, an occasional complete cookie and Greek Yogurt.
First up, I marinated my chicken overnight in the A1 Sauce.
I prepped all my fruits and veggies.
Shaped my ground turkey into patties and seasoned them on both sides. I cooked these using my indoor grill.

I baked my sweet potatoes under tender and steamed my green beans and carrots.
I then grilled my chicken breast on my indoor grill and Wa-la!

Done :)


Not going to lie... I am starting to get sick of chicken. So I am going to have to come up with more creative ways!
